If there are attendees joining the meeting from their own QTH, you will need to send them an invitation by email or newsletter with the log-on instructions (session ID and password if one is used.) Send me the same information a day or two before the meeting (w6nbcmail@gmailaol.com. You will be the HOST for the meeting. I will attend as a regular club member.
For an assembled meeting in a club room, you should test out your in-club setup before the remote lecture. Conduct a test Zoom meeting between your club room, with the computer operator as the host, and a separate club member at his QTH. This exercise will make the whole process clear and simple.
